Versa Watch Winders uses UPS to ship our packages. Please read below for shipping details.
UPS shipments are delivered Monday through Friday. As of April 5, 2021, UPS is only guaranteeing Next Day Air service. All other shipping methods are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays.
Packages are usually shipped out in less than 24 hours except on weekends.
Customers will usually receive their order in 1-5 business days via ground shipping.
All orders must be placed before 8AM Pacific Time (Monday-Friday) for same day shipment.
Deliveries to Canada are subject to additional customs fees and duties. The additional fees are calculated into the cost of shipping when checking out.
We currently do not ship outside of the US and Canada.
Our Return Policy:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the order date. A refund will be issued (less the actual cost of shipping), unless the product was defective or an incorrect product was shipped to you.

If you received a product that was defective, an incorrect product, or simply were not satisfied. We will exchange it within 30 days of your order date.

For all returns and exchanges, items must be returned in brand new, unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. If the item is not returned in new and unused condition or does not contain all materials included with the shipment, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will not pay or reimburse return shipping postage on any return items.
Please contact us before returning to receive authorization or your return will not be accepted.
If a package is refused upon delivery, the original shipping cost and the cost of shipping the item back to us will be deducted from your order.
If a package is lost or has not arrived by the scheduled delivery date, you must contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date for resolution.
